  • Graduate or its equivalent from a recognized University and
  • Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) (by whatever name known) of at least 02 years duration recognized by NCTE.

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education(B.Ed.)

  • Pass in Central Teacher Eligibility Test conducted in accordance with the Guidelines framed by NCTE. 
  • For ICT Teachers - Certificate of ICT skill course i.e. course on computer concepts (CCC) 80 hours from a Govt recognized institution OR a reputed institution which is an ISO 9001 certified 

OR 

Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Govt of India 

OR

NIELIT and its authorized institutions at the time of their appointment. 

JBT Teacher Recruitment Exam Pattern 

The selection of the candidates will be based on an Objective type test. The test will be conducted for 150 marks. The qualifying marks for the test will be 40% for all candidates. There is no Interview conducted. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
